# Turkey with Greek Olive Oil

Ingredients:

**1 (12 Pound) Turkey**

**1 Cup Ilias and Sons [original blend olive oil](https://iliasandsons.com/products/organic-extra-virgin-olive-oil-750-ml)**

**2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder or 1 head of Garlic Mashed**

**2 teaspoons dried basil or 10 leaves fresh basil**

**1 teaspoon ground sage**

**1 teaspoon salt**

**½ teaspoon black pepper**

**2 cups of chicken stock**

Directions:

1.  Preheat oven to 325 Degrees F (165 Degrees C). Clean turkey (Discard organs), and place in a roasting pan with a lid.
2.  In a medium sized bowl, combine Ilias and Sons Original Blend Olive oil, garlic, basil, sage, salt, black pepper. Using a basting brush, apply the mixture to the outside.
3.  Bake for 3 to 3 ½ hours, or when the internal temperature of the thickest part of the thigh measures 180 degrees’ f (82-degree C). Remove Turkey from the oven, and allow 30 minutes before carving.
