We're looking ahead to the 2026 harvest with real excitement. Based on current growing conditions and our experience producing Greek extra virgin olive oil, we believe 2026 is shaping up to be one of our best harvest years yet.

This is our outlook for the season, not a guarantee of the finished oil's characteristics. The final flavour profile and polyphenol levels of the 2026 harvest will be confirmed after harvest and testing.

### The 7Thirty Story

Made from Koroneiki olives grown in the southern Peloponnese, Greece, 7Thirty reflects generations of dedication to olive growing and craftsmanship. Our early-harvest approach and organic growing practices are at the heart of its robust, peppery character.

Previous harvests earned Silver Awards at the New York International Olive Oil Competition in 2021 and 2022. Historical testing recorded polyphenol levels of 730 in 2020/2021 and above 900 in subsequent seasons. These are results from earlier harvests, not confirmed measurements for the 2026 oil.
