Shipping Policy
Products are shipped from Ilias and Sons located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Postal Code K2B6Y3
Shipping costs will be shown on the shopping cart before you check out. With PayPal, customers are first taken to the PayPal page. This is where you securely input credit card information and billing/shipping address. We then calculate which shipping rates are applicable.
You will not be charged anything until you agree to the shipping rate and total cost. We always take our time to properly pack all items safely so they will not arrive damaged. In the rare circumstance merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within 4 days of receipt at help@iliasandsons.com and provide your invoice number and the name of your product.
In case of a return
Ensure that the product has not been opened and securely pack and seal the package. Please return via Canada Post, Fed Ex, or Purolator and be sure to insure the shipment for its full value. Retain a copy of the shipping receipt and tracking number; this is your proof of shipment if the product is lost or damaged. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not accept collect or postage-due shipments.
For shipping outside of Canada, please be mindful of your local shipping regulations in case of unexpected delays. Shipments made outside of Canada may be subject to duties, national taxes and/or brokerage fees. Please be aware that the customer is solely responsible for any of these additional charges.
