Green Olives Stuffed with Pimento

This large, plump, meaty olive is a classic martini garnish. Queen Pimento Olives are made with Halkidiki Olives from Peloponnese Greece that are pitted and filled with sweet, piquant, bright red pimento, cured in a sea salt brine, and have a crisp, meaty texture and an appealing briny, buttery flavour. Serve them with roasted almonds for quick tapas with drinks, or use them as a garnish on a cheese platter. Slice them and toss in salads, pasta or on pizza. 

We select sweet, brilliant red Pimiento Peppers that we make into a fat paste with herbs and spices.  This way our crisp giants keep their stuffing.
