I feel compelled to write to you about the wonderful olive oil that you and your family are providing to the world! Being a man of science I decided to do a small study to determine the quality of your product. I took three leading brands, all labelled "extra virgin" and compared them to Ilias and Sons for colour, texture and flavour, including blind taste testing by two of my siblings.

Absolutely no contest. The commercial oils were light, yellow in colour, bitter to taste and burned the throat with acidity. Your oil was darker, greener, and has a smooth olive taste with no acidity.

Amazing. I am giving bottles to everyone I know, and using the little samplers as stocking stuffers!!

We are currently outside enjoying some sourdough bread, your olive oil and some nice balsamic.  I have to tell you that this is the best olive oil that i have ever tasted, hands down! I am practically speechless and can't even describe how good this is.  Thank you so much for sharing this with me!!! We are absolutely blown away.  Nectar of the Greek gods is all I can say!!!!

I use Ilias and Sons Olive oil exclusively now, mostly for vinaigrettes, drizzled over grilled veggies and meats, and as a dip for bread and buns.  With its slight green color, delicate olivey aroma, smooth texture, fruity flavor, and a hint of tangy aftertastes, it's like a freshly squeezed olive.



The Olive Oil that we buy from Kris is just magnificent. 

As a health conscious consumer, I like to know where my food comes from and to know that it is authentic.  Kris’ Olive Oil has a rich green colour, wonderful aroma and the taste has no equal.  Whether we eat the olive oil simply with bread, add it to tomatoes and cheese or cook with it, the food tastes so much better.  And knowing that the Olives are grown in Sparta from ancient indigenous trees that have not been genetically modified makes me feel that I am part of History."
