Seared Salmon with Black Garlic Olive Oil Pasta

 

Back Garlic Infused Olive Oil Inspired Salmon

Ingredients:
  • Egg noodles
  • Aged cheddar, grated
  • Black garlic extra virgin olive oil
  • Black pepper, freshly ground
  • Vancouver Island sea salt
  • Sun dried tomatoes, chopped
  • Salmon, fillet
Directions:
  1. Fill pot with water and bring water to a boil.
  2. Add as much egg noodles as desired.
  3. While noodles cook, heat a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Coat salmon with the black garlic extra virgin olive oil, place in skillet & turn to medium-high heat. Cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Flip the fillet over & cook until browned.
  6. Once cooked, strain egg noodles and coat with the black garlic extra virgin olive oil, black pepper & sea salt.
  7. Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes and grate aged cheddar over top of pasta.
