Crafted using premium extra virgin olive oil sourced from the historic region of Sparta, Lakonia, Greece, this infusion delivers rich, savoury intensity with a smooth, balanced finish.

To create our most robust garlic oil, we use strong Rocambole garlic grown locally in Ontario, a variety prized for its depth, heat, and aromatic complexity. Whole garlic cloves are carefully infused into our EVOO, allowing their natural flavour to integrate seamlessly without overpowering the olive oil.
