The Olive Oil Conversion tool is the best conversion tool we have come across on the internet. It's easy to use and now available on our site.

This is a great tool if you're looking to see how much Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) should be used in a given recipe. Ilias and Sons receives many quantity-related queries, such as how to convert millilitres to ounces, or litres to gallons, and every so often how much does fresh EVOO weigh. This tool is a great resource for answering many of them!

Black Garlic Infused Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Calling all chefs, foodies, and wine lovers: We've created an infusion masterpiece that for the first time brings to life a unique pairing of superfoods: Black Garlic and Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO). We've fused them together to create a unique taste that cannot be compared!

For instance: I was once asked how much one liter of extra virgin olive oil weighs. Using the conversion tool, I entered in one liter as the input and pounds as the output. In this case, 1 liter of extra virgin olive oil weighs 1.99 pounds. See additional summary below on how it was calculated.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil Amounts Conversion Results :

Amount : 1 L (litre) of light olive oil
Equals  : 1.99 lb (pound) of light olive oil
Fraction : 1 99/100 lb (pound) of light olive oil

Of course, the customer did not need to how much it weighed in pounds and required the measurement to be in kilograms. To provide that measurement, I simply changed the output to kilograms and 1 liter of extra virgin olive oil equals 0.9-kilo grams (kg). See additional summary below on how it was calculated.

If you are looking for a precise measurement, be sure to indicate how many decimal points you would like to the calculator to round to. By default, the converter displays the value to two decimal points.

    3. Select the measurement you would like to have converted. This may be a native conversion based on your location and/or what kitchen tools you are working with.
